Brian rejoined Riverarch Equity Partners in July 2019. Prior to rejoining Riverarch, Brian worked for Macquarie Infrastructure and Real Assets, a global infrastructure private equity firm based in New York, where he focused on the transportation and environmental services sectors. Prior to that, Brian started his career at Riverarch Equity Partners. Brian received a BBA from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University and an MBA from Columbia Business School. He was previously a director of Painters Supply & Equipment Co. He is currently a director of Barr GeoSpatial Solutions, Fresh Direct Produce, Forta, Hill Country Dairies and The Perfect Purée of Napa Valley. LinkedIn>

Robert Dolan is a Managing Director at PNC Riverarch Capital and has over 13 years of private equity investing experiencing. Rob is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and executing investments, as well as advising portfolio companies on strategy and value creating initiatives. Rob previously worked at Oliver Wyman, a management consulting firm, where he advised clients on strategy and M&A. Rob is a CFA chartholder and received a BS in Economics, magna cum laude, from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Nate Meyer joined Burrell Reagents as President in 2020. Nate brings over two decades of leadership experience in the commercial chemical industry to the role. Prior to joining Burrell Reagents, Nate was the Chief Financial and Commercial Officer of Reliable Biopharmaceutical where he led financial due diligence and provided commercial transaction strategy in the sale of Reliable to VWR, which was later acquired by Avantor. At VWR/Avantor, Nate had full P&L responsibility while overseeing the development and commercialization activities for two chemical manufacturing businesses in the company’s portfolio, Reliable Biopharmaceutical and Purification Technologies. Prior to that, Nate held commercial leadership roles at Thermo Fisher and STERIS Corporation. Nate earned his MBA from the University of San Francisco. Michael worked at PNC Equity Partners before establishing Riverarch Equity Partners. Previously, he was in the Investment Banking group at Schneider Downs where he focused on mergers and acquisitions and private placements. Michael received a bachelor of arts in business administration from the University of Notre Dame. He also received an M.B.A. from the Kenan-Flagler School of Business at The University of North Carolina. Michael was previously a director of Authority Brands, Carbon's Golden Malted, Environmental Express, Feeders Supply, North American Breaker Company, LawLogix, Pirtek Europe, Precision Aviation Group and Steelite International. Cody is a product development chemist with over 20 years of leadership experience. Cody acquired his first company in 2008 and developed a portfolio with further biochemical and plastics acquisitions. A primary divestment in 2019 resulted in consolidation of his remaining holdings as a manufacturer of sterile biosolutions (Lifecycle Biotechnologies), which was then divested in 2023.
